523 Justin Ave was an on market transaction with MVI representing the buyer. The buyer we worked with was very familiar with Glendale apartment buildings and was only looking to expand to his portfolio. People like the Glendale market due to it being Non Rent Controlled. This allows for owners to consistently keep the rents at market rate. This 5 Unit building was tucked up against the 134 freeway but surprisingly the noise levels were not bad.
